  Not helpful at all. Refused to do taxed because I didn't have my husbands license and children's social security card (even though we have gone to H&R Block the past 5 years and everything is also in the system).
  He wouldn't even agree to tell me what other paperwork I needed. The only thing he asked me was if I filed unemployment or was out for disability?? My husband and I both work. It was obvious this guy didn't want to do any taxes. Then refused to do anymore without the proper identifications.
