  I've been going to this group for almost five years now. My female doctor is very pleasant and always makes me feel comfortable and never has me leave my appt feeling unsure about any information. I also use to see Dr. Conn but she left the practice. I loved her! Anywho, after today I said I have to look for another group. First thing, there is one ONE number to call for this group. Even if your doctor is located at a different office. If you want to speak to your doctor regarding something, you have to leave a message and someone will get back to you 1-2 days or you can leave a message on the patient portal online. I expressed to a women over the phone today about how I had an extreme medical questions and also to refill my prescription. She said I had to call the hotline and hopefully someone will get back to me. It is the end of the day, no-one has gotten back to me via phone or email. I could have a servere reaction to a medication or need my medication asap. Which I do! Now that right there is ludicrous. No patent should have to wait more than a day to either get their medication or speak to someone about a medical concern. Sorry but you guys have to come up with a more effective way for your patient to feel cared about, even outside of an exam room!

  Stay away. It’s the worst.
  
  12:30pm: I went to see the doc and She told me my prediction should be sent to the pharmacy in “ONE Hour”. One hour!!!! One hour!!!
  
  3:30pm and 5:30pm:But the pharmacy just saidNO prescription has been sent to them.
  
  I called the Prescription line in the office twice and left voice mails twice!!!! Nobody picked the call, and NObody returned my call. The answer machine said “ in 1-2 business days”, she will get back to me!!”
  
  1-2 business to get back a patient who need prescription ASAP. Jesus Christ. Stay away from this practice.
  
  Btw, I went to see Dr Huang in 2016. And she didn’t care much about me at all. I feel I was ignored by her completely.
